Why update the uniforms?

Company Objectives

The KONE service technicians and fitters are a key touch point between the brand and its customers. They represent the company and its values globally, every day. The designed workwear needs to be recognizable and easily differentiated from both the competition as well as other service people entering the building.

Uniforms need to reflect the personality of the technician

  • Professional
  • Friendly
  • Reliable
  • Innovative, (yet, not futuristic)
  • And ultimately, Dedicated to People Flow ™

Service Technician Objectives

Need to feel proud of what they are wearing

  • Must be comfortable and practical (stain resistant and durable)
  • Suitable for work and customer meetings
